I am an assistant professor in Finance at Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU), Carmona College of Business, and Associate Professor of Finance (on leave) at San Diego State University.

Capital Structure Theory
These subjects analyze default decisions by corporations and how the market evaluates the credibility of the firms.
